What are eStatements?
An electronic version of your bank statement is called an eStatement. You can view, print, and download and save eStatements directly to your computer.
What are the benefits of eStatements?

Will my eStatement have the same information as the paper version I previously received?
Yes, your eStatement will contain all the same information as the paper versions including check images and important notices on your account.
Will I continue to receive my paper statement and notices in the mail?
No. That is the convenience of receiving it electronically. Less paper. Less hassle. More convenient for you.
How do I know when my eStatement is ready?
An email notification is sent to you when your eStatement is ready for online viewing.
When can I view my eStatements?
Customers receive notification via email that their statement or notices are ready for viewing. Simply go to www.agbank.com, sign into your online banking, go to the eStatement tab and click "View" next to the monthly statement you want to download.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
If you are a current Internet banking customer, select the eStatement tab and follow the prompts to enroll. If you are not an Internet Banking customer, complete the Internet banking enrollment form. After you receive your User ID & password, select the eStatement tab and follow the prompts to enroll.
How long are my eStatements available for viewing?
Access up to 18 months of eStatements for each account enrolled. It is your responsibility to retain your eStatements by printing the .pdf attachment or by saving the .pdf file to your hard drive or other storage medium.
What if I accidentally delete my notification that my eStatement is ready for viewing?
That's okay. It was only a notification letting you know your statement is ready to be viewed. Access your online account to view your eStatement that will be stored for 18 months.
How do I save my eStatements for future use?
Your eStatements can be retained by printing the .pdf attachment or by saving the .pdf file to a folder on your hard drive or other storage medium.
Can I request older statements or notices if I didn't save them?
Yes, for an applicable fee. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 785-543-6511.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes, your information is protected with the latest security features and requires a password to access the information. A security phrase only known by you is used as an additional layer of protection. This ensures that your private information stays private.
Can my spouse or joint owner receive eStatements on the same account?
Yes, if you are accessing the same email and same internet banking account.
What if my email address changes?
To continue receiving the email notice of your latest eStatements, you will need to update your email address via Internet banking. Click on the eStatements tab to update this information. It is important to maintain a current email address.

If you cannot access your eStatements or you forget your password, you can contact us through our website or call us at 785-543-6511.
How do I discontinue eStatements?
Access the Internet banking eStatements tab and deselect each account by removing the checkmark.
What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ is free software used for viewing and printing electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement and images
